Mozilla removed support for using the system sqlite (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1611386).

I don't remember why bz2 was disabled but I think it was broken as
well and you have to rely on the builtin one now too.


Also, thank you for picking this up Érico, I have been busy with work
lately and completely forgot about these pull requests!
