Maybe repurpose https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/23369 ?
Screen lockers are actually a security concern, so unless they keep their patched version constantly up to date with upstream swaylock, I'm not super keen on adding it. As you can see, neither were arch maintainers.
