Wouldn't this make conflicts between more common prefixes like "lib" more likely?

We already define `common/shlibs merge=union` in [.gitattributes](https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/blob/4afa89118c22e276b0c35f18c6c729626d68c480/.gitattributes#L2), which avoid a lot of conflicts.
Really don't see a problem with how common/shlibs works at the moment.
