There's a merged pull request on the void-packages repository

mypaint-brushes: update to 2.0.2, mypaint-brushes1: update to 1.3.1

Description:
The only programs that have the packages as `makedepends` are `gimp` and `mypaint`. However, they don't need to be rebuilt because of the nature of the update. From [the release page](https://github.com/mypaint/mypaint-brushes/releases):

- **v1.3.1:** This release only differs from `1.3.0` by the reduction in icon sizes and updates to the autotools requirements.
- **v2.0.2**: No semantic changes to the brushes, only reductions to the file sizes of the preview icons.

Have tested `mypaint-brushes1` with `gimp` and it's working perfectly.
