From `./configure --help`:

 --enable-usrdir-path    use only /usr paths in PATH env. variable
                          (recommended on systems with /bin -> /usr/bin
                          symlinks)
```

I think we should add this change, but also fix `/etc/profile` to put `/usr/bin` in front of everything.
