I have absolutely no idea what upstream is even attempting to do: https://github.com/lcn2/calc/blob/master/have_getpgid.c

Maybe we can plug something in that avoids all these files, but I really don't know. For the record, `-march=native` is coming from `ARCH_CFLAGS` in `Makefile.ship`.
