Got a working template already FollieHiyuki#2.
The program itself doesn't work, due to the fact that it is still using the older version of `cachelib` (0.1 instead of 0.1.1). And it still somewhat depends on python2.
At the current state it is not wise to package it, but anyone that is interested can pick this up in the future.
