I have tried to continue where [abenson](https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/issues/24084#issuecomment-675809498) left off on v5.1.20201031, however
this depends on [libdv](http://libdv.sourceforge.net/) which is not in repo.
I have tried to get around it build with passing --without-dv, but unfortunatly a no go with

Is it still interesting adding libdv (last modified 2006-09-25) ?
