- [ ] why not remove the outdated libressl workaround from qt5?
- [ ] should be able to remove the patch from lftp
- [ ] should be able to remove the patch from turbovnc
- [ ] can probably remove patch from virtuoso: `remove-openssl-version-check.patch` and `ssl-connect-state.patch`
