[WIP] nheko: update to 0.8.1
BUILD_SHARED_LIBS is ON by default for `mtxclient`, so we don't need to specify it in `configure_args`
Gstreamer dependencies are for the experimental VoIP support.
Will try to spend a few days testing, hope I can get away from Element :)
