I just took a look at the GitHub for [ngx_brotli](https://github.com/google/ngx_brotli) and there hasn't been an official stable release, just a [pre-release](https://github.com/google/ngx_brotli/releases/tag/v1.0.0rc).

[There's an open issue about this](https://github.com/google/ngx_brotli/issues/115) with some relatively recent activity.
