Void has alertmanager with v2 API packaged since Feb 5 2019, so I don't think this needs an install message.

The xlint message is a false positive, vlicense NOTICE isn't installing the Apache-2.0 license, but license notices for other components (Bootstrap, jQuery, LevelDB, etc).
