Well this is new...

The version of chrony I have locally is linked against `libnettle` and not `libtomcrypt`. This new package ends up linked against `libtomcrypt` instead. I think `libtomcrypt-devel` should be removed from `makedepends` and `nettle-devel` should be added. Since `gnutls` already depends on `nettle`, `chrony` depending on it doesn't bring in any new dependency, while `libtomcrypt` is a somewhat unusual dependency (I was prompted to install it here).
