zfs: patch to support linux5.12
This pulls two patches necessary to support the upcoming `linux5.12` (see the "Sources" list for the [AUR `zfs-dkms`](https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/zfs-dkms/) package). I've also added an ignore rule for the wrongly tagged 2.1.99.
