The commit format should be `mainpkg: remove package` and the commit message should usually include a reason for removing the package. (`mainpkg` being either `libuInputPlus` or `libevdevPlus`, you don't need the `[-devel]` part).

And each one should also be added to `removed-packages`, which can happen in a separate commit so it can also be revbumped.
