I would also like to add, because it seems related, that all task managers stopped working as well, on my side at least, after updating plasmashell to 5.22.0 along with the rest of related kde packages.
Icon task switcher throws error with following content:
`file:///home/tea/.local/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.plasma.taskmanager/contents/ui/main.qml:220:9: Cannot assign to non-existent property "toolTipItem"`

Besides that, new windows don't make change to window focus (eg. launching new window keeps it on bottom, if an existing window is maximized new window will seem to just not appear at all, unless you minimize/alt-tab).

Graphs don't seem to work for me as well, trying to edit monitors seems to just not show any monitors available.

These are are locally installed plasmoids and not from the void pacakges, so your need to figure out yourself what what you did.

Please check if you can reproduce it on a clean user without user installed plasmoids/scripts

Actually, updating to the second revision fixed the windows focus problem.
The plasmoid I've used was the preinstalled, bundled with plasma one for icons on panel, any other bundled alternatives didn't work either and the only thing that I changed was updating plasma, but on a new user it was fine so I guess the issue is on my side either way. Thanks for taking time to properly respond and sorry for a bother.

(fixed by removing the folder, not sure why was there a plasmoid that is already installed by default here)
