I recall problem reports that included permission of /etc/greetd, but feel free to submit a patch. I take no responsibility for what mistakes past me might have made. :) Seeing this and the Arch package, and knowing that greetd worked fine before including the `INSTALL` file, I'll be removing it in the next push.
