### Expected behavior

No screen artifacts

### Actual behavior

Screen artifacts on AMD navi cards (mainly RX 5600 XT and RX 5700 XT)

In addition there's another issue that can be solved by updating mesa:

These issues should be solved in 21.1.0 release of mesa.
Currently the workaround is to downgrade to 21.0.2.

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

Start any OpenGL program on said cards.
