There's a merged pull request on the void-packages repository

usbguard: prevent removal of IPCAccessControl.d directory

Description:
Fixes https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/issues/31768. The `/etc/usbguard/IPCAccessControl.d` directory is needed by `usbguard-daemon` and will fail to start without it.
