There's a merged pull request on the void-packages repository

python3-rsistent: remove
https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/32192

Description:
Recently python3-pyrsistent was added which is the same package and
installs the same files. Keep the more recent one, fix dependencies and
drop this.

Fixes installation of synapse.
