Working on `aarch64` now, will keep a running list of cross failures.
- [ ] python3-cryptography (Rust extension fails to build the pyo3 crate, complaining "Python 3 required version is 3.6, current version is 3.1". No idea why this doesn't happen on native builds. Possible workaround is just disabling the no-op rust extension for now; it only exists to test the build system in preparation for actual rust content later.)
