Closed issue by asymmetros on void-packages repository

<!-- Don't request update of package. We have a script for that. . However, a quality pull request may help. -->
### System

* xuname: Void 5.13.19_1 x86_64 GenuineIntel notuptodate rrrmDFFFFFFF

* package:  digikam-7.3.0_1

### Expected behavior
Launch digikam
### Actual behavior
Digikam does not launch. In terminal gives the following error message:

*digikam: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/ undefined symbol: _ZN2cv3dnn23experimental_dnn_34_v173NetC1Ev*

### Steps to reproduce the behavior
Trying to launch digikam.

### Temporary solution
After i downgraded libopencv to 3.4.10_2 version, digikam launches all right. (maybe a digikam rebuild against new library is needed)
