New issue by asymmetros on void-packages repository

https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/issues/33530

Description:
<!-- Don't request update of package. We have a script for that. https://alpha.de.repo.voidlinux.org/void-updates/void-updates.txt . However, a quality pull request may help. -->
### System

* xuname: Void 5.13.19_1 x86_64 GenuineIntel notuptodate rrrmDFFFFFFF

* package:  digikam-7.3.0_1

### Expected behavior
Launch digikam
### Actual behavior
Digikam cannot started. In terminal gives the following error message:

*digikam: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libdigikamcore.so.7.3.0: undefined symbol: _ZN2cv3dnn23experimental_dnn_34_v173NetC1Ev*

### Steps to reproduce the behavior
Trying to launch digikam.

### Temporary solution
After i downgraded libopencv to 3.4.10_2 version, digikam launches all right. (maybe a digikam rebuild against new library is needed)

Comment:
Hold tight. I rebuilt digikam locally and it launches without issue---although I am not a regular user and can't really stress it. I'm making sure it builds for all supported archs and, if so, will push a revbump that should fix your issue.
