Running my test lilypond file on i686 it prints this message:

Wrong type argument in position 1 (expecting list of 3 or 4 numbers in [0.0,1.0]): -1.509384027e-8
```

But a visual comparison of pdfs produced on i686 and x86_64 shows no difference. Not that I did expect any. ;)
So my vote is to skip it, too. :)
