The logrotate file is configured to rotate `/var/log/ulog.log` and `/var/log/ulog.pcap`, but the default `/etc/ulogd.conf` is configured for `/var/log/ulogd.log` and `/var/log/ulogd.pcap` so nothing will get rotated.
