Thx for showing interest in updating boost.

Updating is a bit more complicated than just updating the version of boost.
The revision of all packages that depend on boost need to be bumped so they will be rebuilt against the new boost libs.

At least our current gnuradio version is too old and broken with boost 1.77, so it would require that someone updates (and tests) it, or that a `boost1.72` package is added besides `boost` for `gnuradio` (and `uhd`)
