Most likely this process was executed by something else on your system bypassing runit (scripts, your desktop environment, "magic utils" and so on). I would suggest to see where this process comes from (you are lucky if PID 798 has a "tree" of superseding processes) and eliminate it. ps, htop, and other process monitoring tools may help you to find this PID.
