There's a closed pull request on the void-packages repository

linux5.15: Fix sound on certian Lenovo 7i devices
https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/34650

Description:
<!-- Uncomment relevant sections and delete options which are not applicable -->

#### Testing the changes
- I tested the changes in this PR: **YES**

This issue was supposedly fixed in:
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=208555

Some of the comments from Legion 7i or Yoga 7 14ITL5 owners state that it works for them, however for my 15ITL5, the subsystem device ID is incorrect.
Not entirely sure how best to report this to upstream.
