#### Testing the changes
- I tested the changes in this PR: **briefly**

After the fix https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/glvnd/libglvnd/-/merge_requests/249 we should be able to enable tls on musl. There is also a similar fix for mesa.
Only tested x86_64 glibc, musl needs testing!
