The library `libdcerpc-pkt-auth-samba4.so` cannot be a part of the main `samba` package because it will create a cyclic dependency between `samba` and `samba-libs`. One possibility would have been to move this library to `samba-libs`. Instead, I solved the problem by adding `dcerpc-pkt-auth` to the list `_privlibs` that will be built into whatever needs rather than creating another shared library that we need to track.
