Commit message includes wrong version.

Also, please pull and test commit fa80a30cbee2281b5428c35911de68a2b41a4772. (The current service file does not properly set `GITEA_WORK_DIR`, hence the hack to change the working directory.) If the changes work as expected, please squash into your update.
