Relates to https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/33832#issuecomment-1002987653
Proprietary drivers must be in sync with [hplip](https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/blob/6f33e3848d8d0df38e722ba480ad662ff490e646/srcpkgs/hplip/template) pkg, without we must manually remember to run `hplip-plugin` after update. This also may fail as the command expects `gpgme` dependency to download.
Propose to include this as a loose extra pkg for those who need it.
