Subject: [PATCH 3/3] distcc: modernize runit service

The arguments to distccd can now be customized via a conf file as one
would expect.

The default loglevel of notice dumps all compile cmdlines into syslog
which I think is too verbose -> decrease it to warnings by default.

Subject: [PATCH 3/3] distcc: modernize distccd runit service

The arguments to distccd can now be customized via a conf file as one
would expect.

The default loglevel of notice dumps all compile cmdlines into syslog
which I think is too verbose -> decrease it to warnings by default.

Comment:
I give up on this PR; there's test failures that are only seen on the CI here. It also looks like the include server is broken with Python 3.10+ (as seen in running the tests locally). Someone else can pick this up if they manage to fix include_server and the disabled tests.

As for how could I've tested this, I'm using the package right now with `xbps-src` successfully to speed up compile, but clearly an important part of distcc (include server) simply doesn't work unless I misunderstood the failing test cases.
