There is a new pull request by ailiop-git against master on the void-packages repository

fetchmail: remove dependency to fetchmailconf
fetchmail does not depend on fetchmailconf, drop the dependency to avoid
pulling in the python/tk and related dependencies of fetchmailconf when
the utility is not needed.

You can adopt this package if you use it, I don't anymore.
I suggest to leave dependency. fetchmailconf was part of fetchmail package up to less than year ago, I split it so it can be ignorepkg'd but still be installed for people that had it already.
