I just rebased this - Testing, including on architectures other than x86_64 glibc, and building all the non-llvm packages that were touched in this PR (all the llvm stuff builds fine). For example, `ldc` fails to build at the moment:

```

But given that the maintainer left llvm to rot for half a year, then came in here to tell me what I'm doing is wrong, only to disappear again, maybe some prayers for the future of llvm on this distro would be appropriate as well.
