hi, I've build the latest xdg-desktop-portal on my machine and was willing to open a pull-request to update the package

someone at the irc channel pointed me to ask here if it is ok/safe to make such PR, as xdp is a host make dependency for xdg-desktop-portal-gtk (just updated locally too, but as I use xdpw I can't test it right away)
