Updating xdg-desktop-portal by itself should be fine (I haven't tested it though).
Don't update xdg-desktop-portal-gtk since that is already handled by this PR (the most recent release disables features since they are being moved into xdg-desktop-portal-gnome which is used by GNOME 42).
