GNOME 42.2 solved all issues I had with GNOME 42, so I think we can proceed.
* update gnome-desktop to 42.2 (and drop make_check=no, it doesn't run any tests anyway)
* update gnome-maps
* rebase on top of master
* replace gmime3 with gmime in gnome-core (it was renamed)

I am currently using gnome-console that they recommend, but my experience with it is not great and they still didn't make a stable release, so I would suggest keeping gnome-terminal for now.
