There's a merged pull request on the void-packages repository

mariadb: merge mariadb-client into mariadb

Description:
mariadb-client consisted almost entirely of symlinks to the main package
and manpages, and did not depend on the main package, so the symlinks
were broken if mariadb was not also installed.
