### Expected behavior
Picture-In-Picture mode should allow resize and move it around.

### Actual behavior
Picture-in-Picture mode crashes the browser entirely once it is popped out and if I click anywhere on the browser or the P-i-P floating window.

### Steps to reproduce the behavior
Opening the Picture-in-picture mode in any video playing website, like Youtube.

I have almost the same problem. When I click on the "Control your music, videos, and more" and then click anywhere in the browser (to close it), chromium crashes

does this issue still persist for you with the current version?

Void changed a lot in the last 2 years.
