I added a few more packages.

@leahneukirchen (msrc_base, ocaml), @tornaria (ntl), @classabbyamp (openjdk12-bootstrap), @arete (pgadmin3), @Hoshpak (qtcurve)

I also tested openjdk9-bootstrap, but it was taking too long to build, so I stopped it.

ghc and ocaml are two broken packages that prevent me from testing a lot of others.
