There's a performance regression version 0.9.30: https://github.com/nextest-rs/nextest/releases/tag/cargo-nextest-0.9.30

It sets flags to allow an unstable rustc feature (stabilized in Rust 1.64.0), I'm not sure if it's something we do as package maintainers?
