[v5.0.0 had some breaking changes](https://github.com/tkem/cachetools/blob/master/CHANGELOG.rst#v500-2021-12-21). can you check if the packages that use python3-cachetools (`xbps-query -RX python3-cachetools`) still work with the new version?
