So, that's fine. I don't have NVIDIA and I don't care much about Wayland, since Wayland is still not have a working input method support https://github.com/ibus/ibus/issues/2182 https://github.com/mpsq/arewewaylandyet/issues/41 , so I don't care much about those stuffs :-p You can try if it works. (Maybe propose a PR)
