### Expected behaviour

Forgive me if I'm misunderstanding something here.

I would expect that installing packages on a `musl` system would not require `glibc`.

sof-tools 1.8 is an old version. the package shouldn't be available on musl (see https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/commit/928c14bb35ccffd7eb4a95351f5118ab08e89b16, https://github.com/thesofproject/sof/issues/4902)
