This issue is for packages that have been removed from void-packages, but not from binary repositories. rundird is still available and should not be removed. I assume there is a good reason it's still available because the author of both dumb_runtime_dir and rundird (@ifreund) is also the package maintainer in Void. Probably because some people still use it without an issue.
