New issue by jacobmyers-codeninja on void-packages repository

https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/issues/38508

Description:
### Package name

tpm2-totp

### Package homepage

https://github.com/tpm2-software/tpm2-totp

### Description

TPM2-TOTP is a small piece of software that allows a user to validate that a boot system has not been tampered with. The idea is to use this during init to present a human user that has a totp based system (google authenticator/etc) a code to verify that based on the PCR values in the TPM no alterations have been made to the system. This would generally be done prior to unlocking a system to allow boot to continue so the user knows it is safe to enter sensitive data.

### Does the requested package meet the quality requirements?

### Is the requested package released?
