Description:
`actions/checkout@v3` adds a configuration option to set the checkout dir as a safe directory, a security feature added in git 2.35.2
```yaml
# Add repository path as safe.directory for Git global config by running `git
# config --global --add safe.directory <path>`
# Default: true
set-safe-directory: ''
```
This is set to true by default so we shouldn't need to specify it.
