Only a handful of tests were failing for me locally in x86_64 so I decided to list them as skips. Those were also failing in the official CI which as can be seen [here](https://github.com/rust-lang/rust-analyzer/actions/runs/3030838990/jobs/4877285430#step:6:60), for example. But looks like more tests are failing in our i686 CI so I guess I will go back to `make_check=no` for now.
