New package: perl-Mail-SpamAssassin-3.4.6.
I want less spam in our mail server, the mail server has built in support for this among other things.  It fails tests due to some DNSBL non-comparables, I'm not sure why. 

The options I have enabled right now include most things, but not GeoIP based checking.
